Our History
Founded in 2018, OLITEC set out to tackle the biggest challenges facing olive farmers in the Middle East — from high harvesting costs and poor oil quality to outdated storage practices. By bringing in cutting-edge technologies from top olive-producing countries, OLITEC transformed harvesting and storage methods, boosting efficiency and quality alike. Starting with European olive harvesters, the company quickly made its mark in Jordan’s market and expanded its services to include full administrative and operational support for investment farms — a crucial advantage in times of labor shortages and operational hurdles. Today, OLITEC empowers a wide network of farmers, engineers, and workers across the agricultural sector through smart, data-driven solutions tailored to local needs.
